Are you going to take the risk of replacing your failed heater with a similar low quality unit? The original and other replacements on the market have a bolt on pipe set which is which is a weak point and the cause for a lot of failures . Instead the pipes on this all metal unit are directly silver soldered into the tank for extra strength. It takes a lot of work to remove the dashboard for replacing this heater, do you want to do it again in 12 months? If not then buy this heater.
